The challenge

As the experience design partner for Priority, the team’s role was to uncover new opportunities, define new strategies, maintain a design system and iterate the product to ensure its place ahead of the competition. We worked closely with the VMO2 product team to improve ways of working and define the ongoing roadmap to deliver work that had a positive impact on user numbers and satisfaction.

An embedded team

During the engagement we worked as an embedded team, 100% resourced to the VMO2 account. We became an integral part of the product team, working closely with the Product Managers, developers and the wider VMO2 design team. We had daily meetings and weekly on-site days to align on the work in progress, delivery and to help define the future roadmap.

The work

During my time on the project we maintained and improved the Priority Design System in collaboration with VMO2 design teams, worked on a number of BAU projects to iteratively improve the app, and on key initiatives such as improving search and preference capture, and delivering a full taxonomy redesign.

My role

I was the Lead Designer on Priority, working in an embedded team of UX and UI designers. My role included working closely with the client product owners to help shape and deliver the roadmap whilst suggesting ways in which to improve the app in future.
