Else partners with change agents, those who want to create disruption and leave a positive legacy in their organisation. The mission at Else is to become the UK’s most effective design consultancy by making a difference: to their work, clients, colleagues and selves.

The challenge
In 2024 we began a project to redesign the company website in order to outline the new proposition to prospective clients, helping in the drive for new business. The proposition aims to communicate with change agents, those with a mandate to enact change within their company, and to help them move beyond uncertainty to the creation of breakthrough experiences.

The work
Else now has a website with a clear message that also demonstrates the vibrant work culture within the company. There are new sections that outline the company’s services and the work that has been completed for a wide range of clients. There is also an insights section that aims to make sense of emerging technologies, and an R&D area that demonstrates how Else explores new trends, technologies, and practices with the intention of creating thought-provoking concepts and future business ideas.

My role
As Lead Designer on the project I worked with internal stakeholders, copywriters and external developers to deliver a website that showcased the agency’s core offering. I produced lo-fi sketches, UI designs, animation prototypes and oversaw a photo shoot that produced new assets reflecting company culture.
